Curvature

Given a space curve the curvature at a point along the curve is a measure of how quickly the direction of the curve changes at that point. Think of it as the derivative of the curve at that point. <-- is this true?

• is the magnitude of the derivative of the unit tangent vector.
• is the magnitude of the derivative of the space curve.
